BLOOD
TYPE FOODS for types A and O (MS Excel format - just CLICK
to download) Much current research indicates
that certain foods are better for your Blood Type. Research indicates help
in preventing/recovery of cancer and many other diseases. Since most
people are blood type 'O' or 'A', I have compiled some charts
showing the 'good stuff' and 'not-so good' stuff
for each of these blood types. Extracted from Steve Shapiro's
Lists: Composite Food List (Caucasian) Based on "Eat Right
4 Your Type" Copyright 1999 Peter D'Adamo by Peter D'Adamo,

Beneficial
Foods: Meaning that they act like medicine for you.
Neutral

Occasional Foods: May be eaten a few times per month,
and are best avoided if you are recovering from an illness.
These are based on values of 0-3x frequency as listed in CR4YT.
Avoid Foods: These foods are detrimental and should
be avoided, not eaten or applied to the skin.
NB Foods: Indicate that they are Neutral/Beneficial.
They are neutral if you wish to lose weight or have a chronic
inflammatory illness. If you consider yourself healthy and
do not wish to lose weight, these foods are beneficial.
AN Foods: Indicate that they are Avoid/Neutral. The
food is an avoid if you wish to lose weight or are living
with a chronic inflammatory disease. If you consider yourself
healthy and do not wish to lose weight, these foods are neutral.
Rare Foods: These are best avoided, but may be eaten
on rare occasions. These are based on foods listed as neutral,
but recommended for consumption between 0-1x per week.
Unknown Foods: If a food is not on this list, it is
considered unknown. If you consider yourself a basically healthy
person, unlisted foods may be considered neutral unless you
have good reason to believe otherwise. If you are recovering
from a disease or desire weight loss, avoid unknown foods.
(?) indicates that the rating of the food is of low
confidence.
